Upon arriving at the veterinary clinic, Ross was immediately examined, and the results were grim. The x-rays revealed a severely fractured pelvis, one so serious that it couldn’t be completely corrected through surgery. This meant Ross would walk with a limp for the rest of his life. In addition to his fractures, Ross was severely malnourished, making his condition even more fragile.

Ross underwent two surgeries, the second one focusing on stabilizing his face and jaw. The post-surgery phase was filled with complications. Slowly, Ross began to finish his meals, regain his strength, and even started grooming himself, which was a huge milestone.

But it wasn’t just his physical recovery that improved—Ross also began seeking affection. He would nuzzle into the arms of his caregivers, purring and craving the love and care he had been denied during his time on the streets.

A New Life Ahead

After a long period of care, Ross made a miraculous recovery. His ability to move and walk improved significantly, though his gait remained uneven due to the damage to his pelvis. The most important change, however, was that Ross was finally adopted by a loving family. Today, he lives happily in the safety and warmth of his new home, surrounded by love and affection.
